Cookies and browser storage can remember information about your visit. Some are needed for the service to work. Optional analytics are used only after you actively choose to accept them.

When you accept analytics, Logivio sends limited website-use events to our EU-hosted PostHog project. These events can include the page path, a sanitised referring page, campaign parameters such as UTM source/medium/campaign and a generic funnel step. PostHog is configured to anonymise IP addresses, and our analytics events are sent without creating PostHog person profiles.

We do not use PostHog session replay, advertising cookies or analytics capture of buyer, order, product, username or email data.

3. Your choices

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off through our banner because they are required for secure sign-in and core service functions. You can accept or decline optional analytics in the cookie banner. No optional analytics event is sent before acceptance.

You can withdraw an earlier analytics choice at any time. This clears the saved analytics choice and anonymous analytics identifier and shows the choice banner again.

4. Third parties and advertising

We use PostHog only with your optional consent to measure website use and acquisition performance. Analytics events are sent to PostHog's EU Cloud endpoint. We do not use advertising cookies, sell personal information, or run targeted-advertising cookies on Logivio at present.

Connected marketplaces, Stripe and other providers may apply their own cookies or privacy practices when you visit their services. Their use is governed by their own notices, not this Cookie Policy.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our technology, service or legal obligations. The date above shows when it was last revised.
