Logivio is a trading name of Alpar Szanto, a sole trader in England. Our business address is 15 Higgins Road, Derby DE24 8YG, United Kingdom. You can contact us at contact@logivio.io.
These Terms apply when you use the Logivio website and services. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent. You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind that business.
Logivio provides web-based operational software for sellers and warehouse teams. Logivio Seller helps businesses organise connected-store products, inventory, orders, fulfilment, buyer context and operational profit information. Logivio Warehouse supports receiving, inventory, picking and dispatch workflows.
Features, integrations and provider connections can change or be limited by provider availability, permissions, commissioning and the plan you hold. A connected marketplace may also apply its own rules; you remain responsible for complying with them.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Logivio for your internal business operations while your account remains active and you follow these Terms.
Keep your account details and credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for ensuring that your users, data and connected-store permissions are lawful and accurate.
You may connect a marketplace or ecommerce service only where you are authorised to do so. You control whether to connect or disconnect it. Logivio uses the access you authorise to provide the requested service; disconnection stops future access but does not automatically delete already-imported data.
Buyer history, notes, ratings and tags are private to the merchant workspace that created or imported them. Logivio does not make them a shared buyer score, public blacklist or cross-merchant reputation network.
Current plan details and prices are shown on our Pricing page. Seller Pro is currently offered at £9.99 per month or £99 per year; Warehouse Pro is currently offered at £49.99 per month. Prices are in GBP and may be updated prospectively with notice where required.
Paid plans renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the Billing Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless we state otherwise at checkout or in the portal.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment-card details. Any refund or statutory cancellation right is handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented at purchase; please contact us if you believe a charge is incorrect.
You must not misuse Logivio, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with security or availability, uploading malware, scraping or reverse engineering the service, using it unlawfully, or processing third-party data without authority.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate a breach, comply with law or address non-payment. We will use reasonable efforts to explain a suspension where it is appropriate and lawful to do so.
Logivio can calculate and present operational figures using the data available to it, including revenue, marketplace deductions and costs that you enter or import. “True Profit” is an operational decision-support view, not statutory accounts, tax, legal, financial or accounting advice.
You remain responsible for checking figures, maintaining records, meeting tax and marketplace obligations, making business decisions and confirming stock, order and fulfilment actions before relying on them.
We or our licensors own the service, software, branding and content. You retain rights in your business data. You allow us to host, copy, process and transmit that data only as needed to operate, support, secure and improve Logivio in line with our Privacy Policy.
If you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or compensation.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but Logivio is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, third-party services, internet connections and provider APIs can cause interruptions or errors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss arising from reliance on operational information. Our total liability for a claim relating to the paid service is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using Logivio at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, unlawful use, non-payment or where necessary to protect the service or others. These Terms and any accrued payment obligations continue to apply until termination.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of these Terms. We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we will give notice of material changes where appropriate.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains effective.
