1. Who is responsible for your information?

Logivio is a trading name of Alpar Szanto, a sole trader in England, of 15 Higgins Road, Derby DE24 8YG, United Kingdom. In this notice, “Logivio”, “we” and “us” mean Alpar Szanto trading as Logivio.

For questions, privacy requests or our data-processing terms, email privacy@logivio.io.

This policy covers our website, Logivio Seller, Logivio Warehouse, support and related communications.

2. Information we process

We process account and business information you provide, such as your name, email address, login details, business or shop identifiers, support messages and settings.

When you connect a marketplace or ecommerce service, we process the data you authorise that provider to share. Depending on the connection and permissions, this can include listings, SKUs, variants, stock, prices, orders, shipping and tracking details, transaction information, and buyer or recipient information contained in an order.

We also process technical and security information needed to operate the service, including logs, device/browser information, IP-related security data, and error reports. If you opt in, Google Analytics processes website-usage information as described in our Cookie Policy.

Stripe processes payment-card information for subscriptions. We receive limited billing and subscription information from Stripe; we do not store full payment-card details.

3. Our role for merchant and buyer data

For a merchant’s connected-store customer, order and buyer data, the merchant normally decides why and how that data is processed. In that context, the merchant is the controller and Logivio acts as processor to provide the service. The merchant is responsible for its own privacy information, lawful basis and marketplace obligations.

For Logivio account, website, billing, support, security and product-administration data, Logivio is the controller. We will provide our processor/data-processing terms on request at privacy@logivio.io.

Buyer history, notes, ratings and tags remain private to the merchant workspace that created or imported them. We do not share them as a cross-merchant score, public reputation service or blacklist.

4. Why we use information and our legal bases

We use information to create and secure accounts; provide connected-store, inventory, order, fulfilment and reporting features; administer subscriptions; answer support requests; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain and improve the service; and meet legal obligations.

Our legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running and securing Logivio, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required—for example, optional analytics cookies. Where we process personal data for a merchant, we do so on the merchant’s documented instructions and to provide the contracted service.

5. Who we share information with

We use carefully selected providers to operate Logivio, including hosting and infrastructure providers, Stripe for payments, GitHub for source control, Sentry for error monitoring, and connected marketplace or ecommerce providers when you choose to connect them. They receive only the information needed for their role.

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires it, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism or safeguard. We may also disclose information where required by law or in connection with a business sale, financing or reorganisation.

6. Retention, disconnection and deletion

We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal, accounting, tax, security or dispute-resolution requirements, or deal with a request. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose; backups may retain securely isolated copies until their normal rotation or deletion cycle.

Disconnecting an integration stops future provider access. It does not itself delete data already imported into your workspace. Account owners can request deletion or export through the service where available or by emailing privacy@logivio.io. We may retain limited information where law or legitimate security/fraud-prevention needs require it.

7. Security

We use organisational and technical measures designed to protect information, including access controls and tenant separation in the application. No internet service or storage system is completely secure, so please use strong account credentials and keep connected-service access secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent; this does not affect prior processing.

Email privacy@logivio.io or use our contact form to make a request. If we process data for a merchant as processor, we may direct the request to the merchant controller. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

9. Children

Logivio is for business users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Logivio or legal requirements change. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised. For a material change, we will take reasonable steps to notify account holders where appropriate.
