ASN
Advance Shipping Notice: information describing an expected inbound delivery before it arrives.
Channel mapping
The link between a product or variant in Logivio and its listing in an ecommerce store or marketplace.
Cycle count
A scheduled count of selected inventory rather than a full warehouse stocktake.
Dispatch
The confirmed completion of outbound warehouse work when goods leave the operation.
Fulfilment
The process of preparing and completing customer orders, including picking, packing and dispatch.
LPN
Licence Plate Number: an identifier used to track a pallet, tote or other handling unit.
Putaway
The movement of received inventory from goods in to a warehouse storage or picking location.
Seller channel
An ecommerce store or marketplace through which products are listed and orders are received.
SKU
Stock Keeping Unit: an identifier used to distinguish a specific product or variant.
Stock reconciliation
The process of comparing physical or channel stock with the system record and resolving differences.
WMS
Warehouse Management System: software used to control inventory and warehouse workflows.
