Problem
A new account has no operational data, so dashboards and Health checks cannot provide useful guidance yet.
Solution
Create a product with a consistent SKU, set its stock threshold and record an inbound or adjustment movement.
Set up your workspace
Confirm your company details and choose the workflow that matches your operation.
Add your first product
Create a product with a unique SKU, description and low-stock threshold. Use the same SKU consistently across every connected sales channel.
Record stock
Record the first inbound receipt or stock adjustment. Logivio uses movement history to calculate operational metrics and Health signals.
Review your dashboard
Once the first movement is complete, the normal dashboard and reporting become available.
